Judge’s Feedback:

“The light in this photo is just perfect, with red and blue creating a beautiful color contrast. The mist rolling over the mountains gives the feeling of a scene devoid of any human interference. My eyes were immediately locked on this beautiful image." – Paul

“What a charming medly of colours! This hike seems like it must be worth all the hard work just for a stunning view like this. This is not the kind of a scene that one can witness anytime and anywhere. Mother Earth enchants the viewer with its magic!” – Rumaisa

Photo: Shiny red house in Norway

Photographer: Tronin Konstantin

Location: Lofoten, Norway

Screen Shot 2017-05-09 at 11.53.19 AM.png

“The photographer managed to create a beautiful contrast between the ominous clouds shading the mountains in the background and the sun illuminating the cottages in the foreground. It feels like a peaceful clash between two forces of nature and the houses happened to be caught in between." – Paul

"There is a tremdous harmony between nature and man-made in this shot. The red house is small and simple, not disturbing any natural elements around it. The viewer is able to see a contrast of weather. While the right of the photo looks icy cold, the left is lit up by what might possibly be the sun peeking between dark clouds.' - Rumaisa

Photo: Laghi di fusine

Photographer: Miroslav, Ašanin

Location: Italy

Screen Shot 2017-05-09 at 11.53.37 AM.png

"This image perfectly conveys the feeling of a calm morning in the mountains. With the mist starting to lift and the sun partially illuminating the peaks, it seems like mother earth just woke up." - Paul
