Judge’s Feedback:

“I love the moment captured.  The timing is perfect. Little flames flying up in the air make the photo dynamic.  The crowd in the background adds to the theme.” – Froi, former CoinaPhoto contest winner.

“The sparkling fire makes the photo stand out more than any other. It gives a truly ‘street’ spirit to this ‘Street food’ shot” – Rumaisa, CoinaPhoto team member

Hi, I tried following the suggested procedure that says Upload Photo, Add new and choose the relevant contest category. However, there is no “contest” category drop down; it’s just category plain and I do not know if that marks me entered?

Hi Disha, The category name would be labelled the exact name of the contest that you are trying to enter. In this case it would be called ‘Street Food’. Please let us know if this makes sense at all. Thanks

I am having the same problem. It isn’t very clear on if I submitted my photo correctly to the contest?

Hi Keagan, As long as you selected the category “Street Food” and received a confirmation email to say that your photo was accepted in our market, you should be automatically entered into the photo contest. Thanks.

I also tried following the procedure, and no category drop down appeared at all. The only options were “save & add another” ” save & edit” or “save & go to album.” It didn’t give me the option to click on the contest..

Hi Shawnassey, The option which is labelled ‘Choose Categories’ is under step 2 of the procedure of entering photos. If you have already already uploaded your photo and were unable to add a category then, you can now go back to the photo, click the ‘edit’ option, which appears which you hover your cursor over the photo, and you will see the option to add categories again. Thanks.

I couldn’t understand how to participate to this contest. I have uploaded two photos. But I couldn’t find Street Food category. If you are sharing screen shot or video, it will be helpful for others like me.

Hi Dhareesh, We have a blue and white infographic above which shows the process in further depth. The ‘Choose Categories’ drop down menu, listed under step two (when you go to upload your photo) lists a ‘Street Food’ option within it. Thanks.
