This will take effect the next billing cycle (ie: If you have a monthly subscription, your cancelled request will take effect from the next monthly billing period). If you have a yearly subscription, your request to cancel your subscription will be effective from the next billing period, which in this case would be the next year.

No. Sharing of login and password credentials is not permitted on Coinaphoto. Coinaphoto licenses images under a single user agreement, with the exception of Image packs and Subscriptions that have been upgraded to a Multi- Seat plans.

Yes, for your convenience all our subscription plans renew automatically, so you will not be left without access at any stage. You can turn off the automatic renewal feature under your Account Settings.

Yes. We have multiple options for Extended License Image Packs. Purchase them online or request a call back from one of our customer success executives.

Yes. Image Packs expire 1 year from the date of purchase. All downloads must be made before the pack expires.
